I believe it's important to know who you're buying from. Behind every small business is a real person, a story and a reason for doing what they do. Here's ours.

After a career in Product Management and Marketing across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, I was ready for a new chapter. I was even offered a role with Google Australia, but instead of returning to corporate life, I decided to back myself and build the business I'd always dreamed of.

When I came across a decorative lighting business for sale, I saw huge potential. The products were good, but the shopping experience wasn't. Everything felt confusing and overwhelming, and I knew customers deserved better.

That became the foundation of Love Your Lights.

Our mission is simple: make it easy to find beautiful, high-quality decorative lighting that's built to last, backed by honest advice and exceptional customer service.

After six months researching manufacturers and testing products, I partnered with suppliers who shared our commitment to quality. Those relationships are still going strong today.

For the first year, I did everything myself. Then my husband Alex left his career to join the business full-time. What started around our kitchen table in 2019 has grown into the family business we'd always hoped for.

Today, we're proud to supply premium decorative lighting to homes and businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. With dedicated warehouses in Sydney and Auckland, Australian and New Zealand orders are always dispatched locally, providing faster delivery, local support and a better customer experience.
